Dan Brown was born in Syracuse, New York. He studied painting and illustration at the Piaer School of Art. He has been a professional illustrator and fine artist for 25 years. some of the many clients he has worked for include the Smithsonian, Holiday House, National Geographic Society, Rolling Stone, Harlequin Books, Reader's Digest, Topps, Xerox, USAR and Scholastic Books. His works hang in many corporate and private collections in the United States and Europe. He lives in New York City.
